1. Myra team will consult and determine the type of product that best suits your requirements.
2. A proposal will be arranged to be reviews and agreed upon. 3. Contract of Sale, IP agreement and NDA is signed at time of deposit |
Construction
4. Once deposit has been received and all corresponding paperwork has been signed, design finalisation and project management commences.
5. Construnction of the parts and product commences. 6. Equipment testing and maintenance is carried out prior to dispatch. |

Installation
7. When final payment of product has been made, dispatch will be organised and work on site will be arranged.
8. Work on site will commence for installation of the product. 9. Myra will work with other necessary labourers to get installation complete. |
Commissioning
10. Control system measures will be finalised and product test runs commence.
11. Trial runs commence to determine any possible faults,tweaks etc... which are rectified. 12. Once machine is running smoothly, final commissioning and installation payment is made. Service agreements in place |

Training
13. In conjunction with the service and maintenance agreement, a full training brief is provided including training and operation manuals.
14. Remote and on site support is arranged with weekly monitoring. 15. Any updates and upgrades have training support offered. |
Support
16. Full training and support services are provided.
17. Weekly monitoring and maintenance checks provided remotely to eliminate any bugs that may occur. 18. Can offer calibration and machine maintenance services if required. |
