When handling bulky items or large quantities, a room oven is a great way to manage larger quantities. This concept requires adequate manual handling and time which is why it is only recommended on particular products such as fruits, vegetables and nuts. A room oven is normally a sealed, insulated type room with a continuous air flow in and out. The control system can be a manual or automated operation.
