Rotary roasting offers the ability to have a continuous or batch style roaster. One of the main key features is the product is not disturbed. The product is put into the rotary machine and is handled gently, allowing the air to do the work without physically damaging, altering or moving the product. It is the combination of air physically rolling or moving the product which is not susceptible to damage as a result of a rotary action.
